The HZY133-A crawler bench drill produced by Kelleg was successfully shipped and delivered to customers on August 22nd. This is another successful application of self-drilling anchor bolt construction equipment after Kelleg produced a full hydraulic drilling excavator.
Since 2019, Kelleg has found that China lacks professional equipment for self-drilling anchors construction in many application scenarios such as foundation support, slope reinforcement, retaining wall reinforcement, etc., which makes the efficient construction characteristics of self-drilling anchors unable to be fully reflected. After more than 100 times of investigations, combined with Kelleg’s rich experience in the application of self-drilling anchors in the world, we designed and produced the HZY133-A crawler bench drill.
The bench drill is equipped with an advanced rock drill drifter and anchoring powerhead. It realizes one machine with multiple functions and can carry out the construction of self-drilling anchors, self-drilling pipe roofing, etc. It can be used in subway engineering, tunnel engineering, high-rise building foundation reinforcement engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering in the world.
The crawler bench drill has a large space above the ground and can adapt to harsh construction environments such as mud. It is equipped with crawler chassis, a high rotating platform, large-diameter outrigger oil cylinder, which makes carriage shift is very convenient. It is equipped with a gripper when drilling, which makes loading and unloading anchor bolt, drill pipe and casing with low labor intensity and high efficiency. The maximum horizontal lifting height is 3.3 meters, making the construction more convenient. It can work in horizontal, vertical, elevation, negative angles, to meet a variety of construction needs. The effective stroke of the drilling arm is long enough to install and drill a 3-meter long rock bolt. The drifter of crawler-type rock drill trolley can carry out high-frequency impact, and the rotary torque is large for fast impact drilling, and the drilling speed can reach 3m/min. It can be drilled efficiently in complex strata such as weak surrounding rock, sand and gravel layer, gravel soil and weathered rock which are not easy to form holes.
